Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing any service or program offered by Brynhilda Invest UG (haftungsbeschränkt) ("Brynhilda", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing this website or purchasing any of my offerings, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services Offered

Brynhilda offers the following services:

  • Private 1:1 Coaching and Mentorship
  • Self-paced and live digital programs (including "Your Magnetic Era")
  • Retreats and immersive experiences
  • Free resources including the Feminine Energy Reset Guide

All services are focused on personal development, feminine embodiment, and relationship dynamics. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment.

2. Payment & Pricing

All prices are listed in EUR (€) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan has been agreed upon in writing. Brynhilda reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital content and personal coaching services, the following refund policy applies:

  • Digital Programs: No refunds once access has been granted to program materials.
  • Private Coaching: Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable. Packages are non-refundable once the first session has taken place.
  • Retreats: Deposits are non-refundable. Full payments are non-refundable within 30 days of the retreat date.

Exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of Brynhilda in cases of documented medical emergency.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and within programs — including text, videos, audio recordings, workbooks, and graphics — is the intellectual property of Brynhilda and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share any content without prior written permission.

5. Personal Responsibility & Disclaimer

You acknowledge that coaching and personal development work requires your active participation and personal responsibility. Results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed. By engaging with my services, you accept full responsibility for your own decisions and outcomes.

6. Confidentiality

All information shared within private coaching sessions is treated as strictly confidential. Client testimonials are shared only with explicit written permission.

7. Code of Conduct

All clients are expected to engage respectfully within coaching sessions and any community spaces. Brynhilda reserves the right to terminate services without refund in cases of disrespectful, harmful, or inappropriate behaviour.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
